Is a startup focused on providing transparency and aggregating affordable healthcare services from various providers to the general patient community. The medial services that the portal offers are Diagnostics, Surgery, Procedures, Preventive Healthcare, in-clinic, and Online doctor consultations.
Current operating environment
The company had partnered with various providers and had negotiated discounted rates with them. They had also standardized the list for medical services and this had to be presented in a transparent manner so that the patient or caregiver could make a decision easily from the options presented comparing not only price but also quality parameters.
The current model of delivery was manual, where the patient contacted the customers back-office, and the back-office would serve the information on emails and phone calls.
Solution and approach
The Thinqloud team developed the website UX, and the content was served by a content management system. The data was integrated with the Service Cloud CRM where every patient’s data was recorded along with services that they had taken in the past. Doctor prescription and medical reports with also stored within the system
Now a patient could easily log onto the website and self serve themselves without needing any contact with the back-office any time of the day
