Client Information

The client is a US-based Startup with multiple years of experience in Chemical Industry who wanted to build a PLM for Chemical Industry focusing on streamlining and easing the entire Approval Process.

Business Requirement

  • The requirement was to build a MVP on PLM related to Chemical Industry and a custom approval process to manage various stages of the product life cycle across various departments.
  • The application would be a custom solution to manage various processes at different stages of a product which needs to go through various approval steps. Each Department has specific inputs to provide and review data entered by other departments and submit it to the next department level for Approval. Once it goes thru the entire Approval cycle, the project would be marked as complete

Solution

  • MVP was conceptualized from the idea
  • An intuitive User Interface was built to give users ease of use to manage the entire PLM.
  • The solution was a hybrid of OOB and custom Approval Process which involved multi step Approval process design.
  • Well designed MVP which was easy to scale commercially.
