Solution and Approach
Our Team after studying the objectives built a solution for the client’s requirement of Retail Sales & Delivery Management System top of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
The solution consists of Salesforce provided standard functionalities along with customized configurations as per requirements.
Implementing a custom billing system allows a single page data entry and links data to customers, order sheets, and multiple other areas in the backend. Using a barcode scanner it’s easy to scan bulk products at a time ensuring accurate data entry about products into the system within a few seconds.
The solution allows us to auto-generate multiple quotes in PDF format ensuring emailing PDFs directly to customers. It also saves lots of manual time of building quotes using system generated quote templates.
Using customized configurations in Salesforce environment inventory management meets the requirement of products, stock, restock updates along with overstock alarm notifications to the system user.
With Salesforce provided standard & custom Reports and Dashboard, the client is accessible to real-time data, analytics, statistics overall operations of the ecosystem.
Overall delivered solution is scalable, consistent, automated, customized, and highly integrated with Salesforce solution to manage entire business metrics.
With the delivered solution client operates a real-time sales tracking system and generates data that is analyzed for production planning for seasonal and tracking local needs.
