They manually track each volunteer’s performance and experience. Solution and Approach
Our team after studying the objectives built a software solution for the client’s requirements of managing volunteers on top of Salesforce NPSP (Non-Profit Success Pack). With the software, the client tracks the volunteer recruitment process and manages the complete journey of Volunteers.
Our team designed Salesforce-based web forms to implement it with the Client’s website. This allows multinational volunteers to do online registration. The solution provides high customization for the screening and selection process to the Client. It includes sets of automation like lead assignments, task creation, task assignment, notifications along with automated emails.
Using Campaign management & customized automation, the solution enables the client to create and monitor the Volunteers events, programs & campaigns. Also, track participation and performances of each volunteer made for those events & programs.
The volunteer management software allows one to do – Volunteer job creation, criteria-based assignment of volunteers, volunteer scheduling, track working hours & shifts & evaluate performances. The solution allows us to have easy communication with volunteers, to distribute rewards & appreciate volunteers through auto-generated certificates.
In the same Salesforce®, solution the Client manages Volunteers and Interns too. The client is accessible to real-time data and analytics about volunteers across different parameters. This is possible using Salesforce provided standard and customs Reports and Dynamic Dashboards.
