Nowadays women are active in almost all sectors in India. Women are becoming integral part of the tech society from past decade. Indian tech companies have one female engineer for every three male engineers. We need to change this ratio in coming decade as more and more women are educating but due to some cultural barriers and difficulty in work-life balance there’s still gender gap in tech industry.
We, at Thinqloud, are taking an initiative to bring more Women into Technology by organizing workshops, seminars, webinars, internships etc. under the event named as “Women Tech Heroes”. To get started we will be reaching out young women and women restarting their career from Pune and organize workshop, seminars, and offer internships to them with job opportunities.
We want to create a roof for women under which they will get enough opportunities to grow as leaders and help bring other women in technology. Research has shown that women want to make a difference in the world.
Research suggests that having more females in teams encourages innovation, creativity and productivity. Removing gender bias in teams is not just a necessity for organizations but also vital for the tech society.
By saying that we want to introduce our “Internship Program” where we will be training female students from engineering colleges about Salesforce and create job opportunities for them to boost their career as a Salesforce Developer at Thinqloud.
If you or someone you know wants to grab this opportunity please apply for this internship and we will contact you if you fit in our criteria.
