The client manages their entire system of donation tracking, allocation management, and volunteer management through spreadsheets. As their system was manually managed it caused delays, manual errors, and mismanagement. They desire to migrate their existing system to a cloud-based platform.
The client needs a donor, donation, and impact management system to keep track of donors, with their donation frequency along with its distribution to Patients. There is a need for a flexible solution to manage volunteers. They need a mobile responsive system to access real-time data to keep track of their statistics.
Solution and Approach
Our Team after studying the objectives built a solution for the client’s requirement of donor, donation, and impact management system on top of Salesforce NPSP (Non-Profit Success Pack).
The solution consists of Salesforce provided standard functionalities. It implements customized configurations as per requirements from the Client.
To implement Constituent management, the solution allows recording virtual donations with high accuracy. With a set of automation recording and tracking of donors & their donations reduced manual intervention and provides high visibility of data.
The solution implements reliable allocation management as it includes precise distribution of donation amount to Patients. It implements the bank reconciliation process concisely and manages all in and out cheque transactions.
With the same Salesforce environment, the Client manages volunteers as well. The solution allows Volunteer recruitment, job creation, assignment, managing schedules & track performance.
The client has access to real-time data and analytics. This is possible using Salesforce provided Reports and dynamic Dashboards, which provides timely statistics.
The solution achieves complex integration with multiple third-party applications to conduct bank reconciliation along with sending SMS.
Overall Client has a scalable, consistent, automated, customized, and highly integrated Salesforce solution to conduct donor, donation, and impact management.
With the delivered solution, the Client operates a real-time, automated, customized, and integrated solution. This eliminates 90% of the manual efforts and cost.
