They require an Alcohol De-addiction Patient Management system to capture the inputs of Patients, Caregivers, Counselors, and Doctors while consultation & treatment of patients.

Their initiatives include Out Patient Department (OPD) and Residential De-addiction services, mental health services, providing community-based rehabilitation for patients. They conduct awareness campaigns about De-addiction and mental health issues to help patients for reintegrating into the community.

The Client manages current operations manually. They record patients and treatment details on paper forms manually. As the range of patients and treatment consultations increased gradually, the Client needs to adopt a platform to manage operations.
They required a cost-effective, customized, automated, and open software system to manage treatment and consultations of Alcohol De-addiction Patients. The Client requires access to real-time reports of the patient’s treatment progress.
Solution and Approach
Our team after studying the objectives built a solution on top of Salesforce NPSP (Non-Profit Success Pack) for the Client’s requirement of an Alcohol De-addiction Patient Management system.
With the solution, the Client manages Alcohol De-addiction patient’s consultations and tracks the treatment process. Implementing Salesforce-based forms, the solution allows capturing data around all patients, caregivers, counselors, supervisors, and doctors.
The solution implements a high amount of automation and customized configuration. This captures and tracks patients’ treatment data across 4 different parameters as per the requirement of the Client.
Using Salesforce provided standard and custom Reports & Dashboard, the Client receives statistical and analytical insights about patients’ treatment & progress.
Implementing record types creation and relationship management, the solution provides efficient data storage to store all entities’ data with mapped relationships.
Overall, the system is highly customized, automated, cost-effective, consistent, and real-time developed with the support of the NPSP platform to conduct alcohol de-addiction patient management.
Delivered solution is centralized, automated, and customized eliminating manual errors and causing reduction of manual efforts by 95%. This now enables them to capture data at the source, standardizes the process so that all workers abide by best practices. This also allows them to change and improve processes continuously without having to train as the system drives the process.
